What is your return policy?
  • Returns are available within 14 days of delivery and are available on full-price items and sale items under 25% off only.
  • Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in.
  • We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.
  • Items purchased through store vouchers, Tabby, Tamara, or Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as store vouchers.
  • EXCHANGES: We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

Do returns cost anything?

When will I receive my refund?
  • Refunds are issued within 48 hours of returns' quality approval. Card refund take 5-7 working days. Cash on Delivery payments are refunded immediately as store credit only.
Can I return multiple orders at the same time?
  • No, items from separate orders must be returned in separate packages.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Which items can be returned?
  • Free UAE Returns - 14 Days

    We want to ensure you are always happy with your SARAB products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days after we receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank.

    If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.

    Products purchased during sale events will be refunded through SARAB shopping vouchers only.

  • International Returns - 14 Days

    We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 14 days after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to SARAB please:

    Email support@sarab.co with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note “Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.

    Exchanges

    If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.

How can I track my return parcel?

  • You can track your order by checking the Airway Bill (AWB) number we will send you on the shipping confirmation e-mail, or it can be accessed via your order details under My Account.
What is your cancellation policy?

Only cancellations within 6 hours of the customers order will be fully refunded to the customers bank account and might take 7 -14 days depending on the customers bank, Orders that are cancelled after 6 hours of ordering the customer will be refunded as store credit.
